You will be required to answer the secret question you provided when you created your account. Once logged into SAM, you can change your password.

Ask your teacher or librarian to reset your secret question and answer.

Once you have received your new secret question and answer, login to the Student Accounts Manager, using your reset secret answer, then change your password, and set a new secret question and answer.
